階段性目標

本校期許每位教師透過其教學服務與自我成長,致力於以人為本 與結合中西醫學教育之形象。故本中心將教師培育發展工作分階段規 劃以推動和實施之。以下為四發展階段說明。

第一階段: 籌設期 (九十二學年度第二學期至九十三學年度第一學期)

• 發展方向:

以教學發展組為主,進行教師發展中心籌設工作。

• 工作目標:

1. 建立與實施教學優良教師遴選制度。

2. 設立「中國醫藥大學教師培育暨發展委員會」。

3. 舉辦教師研習活動。

4. 進行教師評鑑工作。

5. 規劃教師發展中心網站。

第二階段: 建立期 (九十三學年度第二學期至九十四學年度第二學期)

• 發展方向:

建立教師發展中心,形塑一個看得見的師資成長環境。

• 工作目標:

1. 建立教師發展中心人本文庫與菁英社。

2. 規劃與試行教師成長護照。

3. 擴大舉辦各類教師研習活動與座談會。

4. 建立教師發展中心網站。

5. 出版中西醫學典範與優良教師介紹文件。

6. 規劃教師教學手冊與守則自我評鑑單。

7. 規劃Smart Classroom & Teaching與使用英語教學網 路支援系統。

第三階段: 前進期 (九十五學年度)

• 發展方向:

擴展教師發展中心規模,完備各項設施與活動設計。

• 工作目標:

1. 延續先期各項工作。

2. 發行教師成長護照。

3. 充實教師發展中心網站。

4. 出版教師教學手冊與守則自我評鑑單。

5. 規劃各項教學評量指標。

6. 規劃榮譽課程。

7. 培訓種子教師。

第四階段: 永續發展期 (九十六學年度之後)

• 發展方向:

評量改善教師發展中心各項設施與活動設計,以達教學相長的永續經營目標。

• 工作目標:

1. 延續先期各項工作。

2. 教師成長護照各項指標統計分析工作。

3. 完成Smart Classroom & Teaching網路支援系統。

4. 教學相長研究室成果報告。

5. 分析各項教學評量指標。

6. 實施榮譽課程。

7. 出版優良教師、優秀研究實驗室與種子教師相關研究成果文件。

Milestone:

CMU hopes all professors can devote themselves to improve teaching performance combining Chinese and Western medicine by means of “human-centered”. The four stages CFD practiced are as follows, First Stage: Preparation (Feb 1, 2004 to Jan 31, 2005) Direction: Focusing on improving teaching quality and preparing for the relevant programs Goal: 1. Establishing and practicing the selection system for excellent teacher. 2. Setting up “CMU Faculty Development Committee” 3. Holding teacher training. 4. Implementing teachers’ appraisal projects. 5. Organizing CFD website. Second Stage: Establishment (Feb 1, 2005 to Jan 31, 2006) Direction: Setting up CFD, creating a teachers’ learning environment Goal: 1. Establishing a human-centered tank and an elite bank of CFD 2. Planning and trying “Teachers’ Passport” 3. Holding a variety of workshops about teachers’ training 4. Establishing CFD website 5. Printing documents about Chinese and Western Medicine and pamphlets concerning excellent teachers. 6. Utilizing teachers’ books and self-evaluation forms 7. Arranging Smart Classroom & Teaching and employing the supporting system of the English teaching website. Third Stage: Process Stage (Aug 1, 2006 to Jul 31, 2007) Direction: Broadening CFD with different equipped facilities and designing various activities Goal: 1. Continuing all organized programs 2. Printing “Teacher Passports” 3. Enriching CFD website 4. Printing teachers’ books and self-evaluation forms. 5. Arranging the teaching evaluation index 6. Organizing Honor programs 7. Training seed teachers Forth Stage: Successive Development (Aug 1, 2007 to present) Direction: Improving all programs CFD implemented to reach the goal of CFD Goal: 1. Continuing all projects 2. Analyzing all tasks of “Teacher Passports” 3. Completing the support system of Smart Classroom & Teaching website 4. Presenting the results of “teaching is learning” 5. Analyzing teaching with all indexes of teaching appraisal 6. Practicing Honor Program 7. Printing all relevant documents about excellent teachers, outstanding laboratories and seed teachers.
